Al Power system is a innovative group of products.

Its own name explains its main features: it is a question of colomn & boom,  motorized beam, portal whose main feature is aluminium extruded structure.

This product is distinguished for constructive semplicity, exact and refine movements, but, above all, for the opportunity of  high added value functions integration .

Every motorized axis can be integrated with arc lenght control, seam tracker, or with numerical control. 

Moreover, oscillators, manual or motorized slides, wire guide slide, camera can completely refine whole system.

Al Power MICRO is the smallest one, available in 1x1mt or 2x1mt version of useful run, for MIG and TIG. 

Available on fixed base or idler wheels

Usually used together turning rolls or positioners

Al Power MINI is  available in 2x2mt or 3x2mt version of useful run, for MIG and TIG. 

Available on fixed base, motorized or on wheels crowds. 

Its most widespread employment is inox tanks welding; with arc lenght control and cold wire feeder is the best system the market can offer today in this kind of products. 

Tubular or beams crane arms welding is another usual application of Al Power MINI, with colomn & boom on motorized base.

Al Power MIDI is the greater series of our aluminum column & boom, available in  2x2mt or 3x3mt versions, also for submerged arc. 

Available on fixed base, motorized or on wheels crowds. 

Usual employments are: tanks welding, beams, valves charging, heat exchangers, crane arms, railway wagoon panels. 

Colomn & boom can at the same time accommodate also two welding head, for parallel or opposite processing.

Three kind of motorized beams are available, which can be distinguished for section and loading.

Usual employments are: pipes welding, endless screw's CN reloading, tubular welding, roller reloading...

Of course, they can be completed with all Carpano's accessories: CN, seam tracker, AVC... 

IP 4 is a steel C&B with ball bearing guides and lifting motor on the bottom of vertical axe, to save a lot of space at the top of machine
