LINEAR OSCILLATORS

Linear oscillator is a device able to shifting torc on the left and on the right with periodic motion.

Usually is used for Plasma, Mig and Tig welding, where is necessary to do some filling and/or leave the welding cordon flat.

In the oscillators' family there are two models:

CEW2 and TPE, both of them have a linear movement, but they are very different in performances.

ROD LINEAR OSCILLATOR - CEW2

CEW2 is the most easy and cheap machine, movement transmission is done by rods and amplitude's adjustment with a eccentric's shifting.

Oscillation's frequency is adjustable by a  voltage regualtor on control box. Available version has an amplitude between 3 and 33 mm.

ELECTRONIC LINEAR OSCILLATOR - DTE

With DTE is possible to control all the necessary functions to one machine of this kind:

-  oscillation speed regulation

-  amplitude regulation

- oscillations' center shifting, also with fixed torch

- center positioning at the end of working

-  pauses' regulation sx, cx, dx.

Standards slides are available from 80 to 180 millimeter of running, with a 20kg loading capacity at 10 cm from the plate. Others slides can be assembled on demand.

LINEAR OSCILLATOR WITH NUMERIC CONTROL

For particular requirements we can also realize oscillators directly controlled by CN . In this case it will be therefore possible to realize saving and recallable job's programs.

The application is particularly indicated for multipass weldings
