This device, thanks to a probe in front of the torch, allows the same one to remain on seam in vertical and horizontal way.
Therefore, welding can be done without any operator's manual corrections of position of the torch.
The probe's tip, that it remains in touch with the piece, can be replaced and/or adapted to several seams' profiles to weld.
The only essential condition for the horizontal operation is the presence of a seam that has a at least 1,5 millimeter support for the probe's tip. No condition for the vertical correction.
The system is composed by: - mono-axis or bi-axis group of motorized slides - control box - contact probe - cables
Usual applications are: - beams welding - crane arms welding - coach welding - containers and tank welding
Two slides' model are available, with several standard running or with some on demand.
The system can directly be applied also to the manipulators' axes and Al Power System's beams.
