to 4 mm<\/li>\n<li>Length from 12 to 60 m<\/li>\n<li>The welding process is TIG cold wire in single or multi-pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The two heads are both motorized and synchronized on an electrical axis, this feature allows you not to point the pipes, and to rotate them precisely even when they are 60m long.<\/p>\n<p>A pneumatic stop is provided between the two heads to precisely position the first tube under the welding torch.<\/p>\n<p>The welding head is composed of:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vertical slide with AVC function<\/li>\n<li>Horizontal slide with oscillation function<\/li>\n<li>VPR-4WD cold wire feeder with CEFF sled<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The system management is performed by a PLC with 10\u201d HMI for:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create at least 200 different work programs<\/li>\n<li>For each program, set n different steps<\/li>\n<li>For each step setting of each parameter, including welding programs<\/li>\n<li>Connection to the welding generator via Profibus
