Model pipe rotators R025 is much more than a conventional rotator.
\nIt is a modular system that allows to provide the driving crossbar and the idle ones with specific device able to make special functions that conventional rotator can not afford.
\nThese equipments can be installed while ordering a new rotator (requesting it in the purchase order directly) or later on by purchasing relevant components kit.<\/p>\n

POWER SECTION EXECUTION R025E1F\/T type R025E1F + KIT T
\nIn order to allow the welding of light-weight pipes and\/or of straight pipes with side branches or with lbows at their end, the power unit is equipped with a special device consisting of a roller chain, both ends of which are fixed to the extension arms and engaged into a simple tractive system for tightening the chain and carry out on the pipe the right pressure to ensure smooth and precise rotation speed.
\nThe extension arms as well as the chain are easily removable and the rotator can be reset to standard execution.<\/p>\n

\nIDLE SECTION : R025N-F\/M type R025N-F + KIT M execution
\nBoth sections can be equipped with a special fixture allowing stepless, symmetrical and simultaneous adjustment of rolls for pipe diameter ranging from 100 to 800 mm. The adjustment is executed by hand wheel and it is allowed with no load laid on the rolls.
\nThe power unit can be equipped with both \u201cT\u201d and \u201cM\u201d kit at the same time and, in this case, it is called R025E1F\/T\/M<\/p>\n
