TWO Lathe with integrated UR5e Cobot
The TWO Lathe system consists of a headstock, a tailstock, and a motorized longitudinal carriage to move the Cobot along the axis of the workpiece.
The maximum payload is 150 kg, with a standard distance between centers of approximately 1500 mm, which can be extended up to 3 m.
The process is managed directly from the Cobot Teach Pendant, including the welding machine, the rotation axis (spindle), the longitudinal axis, the tailstock, and obviously the 6 axes of the robotic arm.
