System comprising an I-Power 4×4 Manipulator on a fixed base with a P500 turn and tilt positioner featuring a maximum load capacity of 50 tons. All axes are equipped with brushless motors and encoders for duty cycle management via PLC.
The entire process is managed by a PLC with a 10” touch panel, allowing for the storage of at least 200 different work programs and including the management of the welding power source.
