The machine has two stations: while two rotary tables are welding, the other two are loading/unloading.
Each table has a load capacity of 200 kg, and a 180° rotation takes about 6 seconds.
The two MIG welding heads are in tandem, increasing the size of the weld bead and speed of execution.
The entire process is managed by a PLC with a 10″ touch panel that allows the storage of at least 200 different work programs and includes the management of the four welding generators, via CAN OPEN connection.
