OBY2-RB – 2 Ton self aligning welding rotator

OBY2-RB is the tilting roller version of the OBY2 model.
This machine is particularly suitable in cases where the shell to be rotated has thin walls. Thanks to the larger support surface, the shell experiences less deformation, ensuring greater roundness of its section.

Description

The OBY2-RB code includes:
01 – Drive beam OBY2-RB-E1F
02 – Idler beam OBY2-RB-NF
03 – Remote control Rollo1-CD, with 5 m cable (others on request)
General features:
– Beams in welded and painted steel construction
– Wheelbase adjustment with fixed-step pins
– AC servo-ventilated gearmotor controlled by inverter, with drive transmission on two – tilting wheels
– Standard wheels in rubber with steel hub; upon request, the machine can be supplied with wheels in polyurethane, steel, or other materials
