Description

Plant composition:
– One or more motorized slides
– Connecting 10 mt. cables length for the probe slide-sand
– Control box
– Probe with manual cross slides
– Pendant with 10 m cable. On demand all cables can have different lengths
The heart of this system is the probe : it sends electrical signals to the motorized slides which immediately adjust the torch position, do notice the probe signal is proportional to any eventual variation, this to allow continuous and homogeneous
re-adjustments with a precision reaching more or less 0.20 mm.
By this way this system can be used with any applications having a defined joint (angle, smoothed joint or with port ones etc…) to adjust the vertical axe, the horizontal ones or both.

• Constantly keeps the torch in touch with the joint and delivers precise tracking for any welding process
