Rim welding machine for earth moving machinery
This RIM welding machine has got the following features:
- 4 turning positioners, installed on a 0-180° motorized rotating platform
- 2 welding head, each head with TWIN MIG torch
- During the 2 rims welding, on the other 2 positioners the operators can load and unload the rims.
- Hight production guaranteed by the TWIN MIG welding.
- PLC to manage all the processes, with 4 power sources connected via Can Open bus
- Possibility to store more than 200 differents programs
- Remote connection via modem for teleservice
