PTA on worm screw
The plant consists of a JD Horizontal lathe performing worm screws PTA hard facing.
On the overhead beam moves a motorized carriage equipped with AVC and electronic DTE oscillator.
The CNC manages the synchronized rotation and the longitudinal carriage motion.
