Valves internal cladding
The plant has been studied for internal valves hard-facing and consists of:
• Manipulator with horizontal boom at fixed height with 2400 mm. retractable stroke, boom tip equipped with vertical motorized fixture 2000 mm. stroke with a 2–axis swivel support holding a DTE electronic oscillator 180 mm. stroke. The manipulator base
plate is firmly secured to the floor.
• Turntable JODA PLANO 50
• Desk cabinet incorporating a 4-axis CNC to manage the whole process.
